Sean is a fantastic trainer and I hit gold when I got the opportunity to work with him. What is special about his methods is his thorough knowledge of kinesiology; understanding form / alignment as well as stability in movement is most centric to his teaching philosophy. Not only does this ensure safety, he teaches fundamental tools that have enabled me to exercise (and even experiment) on my own and to be empowered in my everyday movement. Since working with him, I've come into a greater understanding of the muscles I'm working and how to access them appropriately in a workout. Similarly, he also emphasizes body care - such as foam rolling and stretching to prevent injury and maintain longterm wellness. A session with Sean is not an aggressive sprint workout with potential injury later - it's methodical and informed... and killer at the same time! He is organized, easy-going, patient, and attentive. It's apparent he finds a lot of joy in physical training. To top it off, he's extremely nice and fun to work with! I recommend him without hesitation.
